The following conditions apply to all property rentals agreed to between stayLiverpool.com (referred to as 'The Company') and all property renters (referred to as 'The Client').

Use of this website is subject to the terms
and conditions outlined below. By using this website you agree to be legally
bound by these terms and conditions.
This website is created and maintained in Ireland. Care has been take to ensure the information provided in this website is accurate and complies with Irish laws & regulations. No liability will be accepted for omissions or errors. Due to hosting maintenance and unscheduled repairs, service is not guaranteed as uninterrupted. We will not be held liable for any loses due to such downtime. Unauthorised changes to this site by third parties will also be under no liability.
This site links to external sites that are not controlled, owned or hosted by stayLiverpool.com. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss as a result of using such sites.
Users enter site at own risk. We offer no guarantee any content downloaded from this site will not have a harmful effect on your computer (such as loss of data etc). Although every care has been taken to prevent this from happening, we always recommend running a virus scan on any content downloaded from the Internet.
All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration and may be subject to a minimum night stay. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, stayLiverpool.com does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed accommodation and products.
Online Bookings
Please note that different terms, conditions & cancellation policies in
relation to online bookings made via www.stayLiverpool.com
and affiliate websites may apply depending on the accommodation
or rate type selected. Please read carefully the accommodation
rate details that are provided before you make your online
booking. You are advised to check through the rate details
before making your online reservation.
Payment
For bookings that include Special Offers, we require 100% non-refundable payment at time of booking. For other bookings, a 20% deposit is required at the time of making the reservation with full payment of the balance due on arrival. Please note that minimum
stays at weekends vary from 2 nights to 4 throughout the
year. Minimum stays and supplements may apply at holiday
periods and at other times.
Standard occupancy per apartment type:
1-bedroom apartment: 2 persons
2-bedroom apartment: 4 persons
3-bedroom apartment: 6 persons
A surcharge of £10 per extra person per night applies.
Prices are inclusive of most charges (heating & hot water costs, linen & towels, cable TV, etc) with the exception of phone charges and Internet usage, where available. Each apartment is allocated an electricity allowance. Excessive use of electricity will result in a surcharge being applied to your bill. Please ensure that all appliances, lighting, heating, hot water etc are turned off unless required.
Please ensure that apartments are left in good condition - all waste placed in waste bin, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils washed. Otherwise, an additional charge of £25.00 will be applied.
We accept most major credit cards at check-in (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard). When booking online, we can accept only Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Please note we do not provide credit card receipts or numbers by post or electronically for security reasons. Receipts are available on arrival or departure.
If any fees are not received in accordance with the above paragraph, your booking may be cancelled by stayLiverpool.com and any payments already made, will be forfeited. Credit accounts may be available for Firms and Companies and some Groups. Above terms are not applicable to companies with corporate accounts based on a credit agreement.
All accommodation charges and any "extras" charges must be settled by the guest, prior to vacating the premises. In the event that the reservation is for seven or more days, settlement of the account will be required on every seventh day of the stay (not applicable to corporate accounts), starting from the date of arrival. Unannounced guests, "Walk-ins" cannot be accommodated.
Cancellations
Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only from
the date of receipt.
Deposits paid are always non-refundable.
Cancellations made
1. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit (typically 20%) is non-refundable.
2. Cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance of arrival, and received
by email to cancellations@stayLiverpool.com before 12:00 midday. The deposit
is non-refundable but no further charges will apply if cancelled within this
time frame.
3. In the event of a "no show" (no arrival) or late cancellation (see point 2
above), the first night's accommodation cost will be charged, in addition to
retention of the deposit.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to cancellations@stayLiverpool.com.
Any cancellation may be liable to the charges outlines
below. Depending on the reasons for your cancellation,
you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges from
your insurance company, if you have taken out travel insurance.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain appropriate
travel and personal insurance cover. A link to an external
travel insurance provider is available at the
homepage (http://www.stayLiverpool.com/).
In exceptional circumstances we may find it necessary to cancel your booking and if so, we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative. If this is not acceptable we will refund any sum you have paid to us which shall constitute full and final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of such cancellation. The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if:
- the apartment(s) or part
of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
- the Company becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation
or receivership.
- it prejudices the reputation or causes
or might cause in the Company's
opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
In any of these circumstances the Company will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. We will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or we are unable to perform our contractual obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, and adverse weather conditions.
If we receive serious complaints or any disputes arise, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice.
Alterations
If you wish to alter your
booking (e.g. change the dates of your stay or the accommodation
requested), we will use all our reasonable efforts to comply
with your request, however we cannot guarantee that we
will be able to do so and we accept no liability for any
loss, damage or additional expense that may be incurred
in that circumstance. We will always endeavour to sell
any apartments you no longer require but cannot guarantee
this. In circumstances where the apartments cannot be sold,
our cancellation policy will apply.
Rates offered for multiple night stays are the average nightly rate. Any change in the number of nights booked may result in a higher rate being charged in accordance with the properties current availability and rate strategy.
Deposits
Please
note: at the property manager's discretion, a £250
security deposit may be required upon check-in. This will
be refunded within 14 days of your departure, and after
inspection of the apartment(s), on the conditions that
(1) no damage
to the apartment(s) has occurred, by any member of the
group
(2) no damage to any of stayLiverpool.com's property
has occurred, by any member of the group
(3) no undue disturbance
to other guests has occurred, by any member of the group.
If damage or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to stayLiverpool.com of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the security deposit, and the remainder returned to the group. If this cost exceeds the value of the deposit, stayLiverpool.com reserves the right to charge the excess to the group's cardholder.
Occupants
Only persons notified to us prior to your arrival may occupy
the apartment. You may not re-let/sublet the apartment
to any other third party without our prior written approval.
The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment
is limited to the number of beds available and this limit
may not be exceeded without our prior written approval.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the apartment
if this condition is not strictly complied with.
Check in/out requirements
You must comply with our rules for checking-in and checking-out.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, apartments will usually
be made available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Keys
will be made available during normal working hours although
prior arrangements may be able to be made for collection
outside of normal working hours.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all apartments must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. Keys must be returned by 11:00am on the same day, although prior arrangements may be able to be made for longer stays on departure date. If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day's rental may be charged to you.
Facilities
/ Services
All apartments are fully furnished to a high
standard and include a kitchen fully equipped with appliances,
cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is provided.
No items may be removed from the apartment.
Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted include VAT, heating, electricity, gas, water, council taxes, television/cable license and telephone line rental charges. The price also includes linen and towels. The price does not include service charges for phone calls made or Internet usage, where available.
Damage
We will not be responsible for any theft of, or loss or
damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the
accommodation. We strongly recommend our guests to take
out travel insurance to cover any such losses. You are
also responsible for taking all reasonable care of the
apartment and its contents. The apartment and all equipment,
utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at
the end of your stay.
Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be reported to us by you, without delay.
Please note: stayLiverpool.com reserves the right to charge
the cardholder and/or guest(s) for any damage caused
by the guest or any of the guest's party. A full inventory
check of the apartment is carried out before the guest's
arrival and after the guest has departed. Any damage
to the apartment, or missing or damaged contents will
be charged to cardholder and/or guest(s). Guests will
be charged an amount based on the estimated value of
the damage; once the damage has been repaired, the difference between
the estimated amount and the actual value of the damage
and associated costs (for example, labour) will be either
refunded or charged, as applicable.
Fair Use
You and your party agree to be considerate tenants and
to take good care of the Apartment(s) and to leave it/them
in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental
period. You and your party also agree not to act in any
way which would cause disturbance to those residents in
neighboring properties.
Each apartment is allocated an electricity allowance. Excessive use of electricity will result in a surcharge being applied to your bill. Please ensure that all appliances, lighting, heating, hot water etc are turned off unless required.
Use of stayLiverpool.com Property
(a) The use of any stayLiverpool.com property for the purpose
of conducting business, of any kind, is expressly forbidden,
except where written permission from stayLiverpool.com has
been granted.
(b) stayLiverpool.com grants the use of its
property solely for appropriate personal use.
(c) stayLiverpool.com
expressly forbids entry to its property to any persons
other than those listed under the relevant booking.
stayLiverpool.com reserves the right to terminate without notice any reservation/booking that stayLiverpool.com deems to be in breach of its Terms and Conditions, irrespective of whether the holder of the reservation, or any member of the group associated with the holder of the reservation, has checked in.
Access
We, or our authorised personnel, may at any time access
the apartment for the purpose of inspection of the apartment,
and to carry out repair or maintenance work.
Insurance
You will ensure that nothing is done which may jeopardise
our insurance policy or any part of it in respect of the
apartment and its contents.
Complaints
We warrant to use all reasonable efforts to ensure that
your chosen accommodation is properly arranged and is of
a reasonable standard. You must immediately notify of us
any complaint, and in any event no later than 12 hours
after your arrival and, if we are found to be in breach
of this warranty, we will at our option either provide
you with a replacement apartment (if reasonably practicable)
or refund to you the price paid by you to us. All complaints
must be directed in writing to our General Manager and
sent to by email to complaints@stayLiverpool.com. Under no
circumstances shall stayLiverpool.com's liability to the Client
exceed the amount paid to stayLiverpool.com for the rental
period.
Pets
No pets, of any kind, are allowed in the apartments
at any time. Guide dogs are permitted on stayLiverpool.com's
premises.
Liability
Unless negligence by the Company is established by
an independent body, appointed in agreement with the Company,
the Company will not be held liable for injury to person,
loss of, or damage to any property of any Client or person
staying/visiting the apartments and or its general facilities
and area. Vehicles parked are done so at the risk of the guest.
Once a booking has been accepted by stayLiverpool.com, a contract exists between Client and Company. Accepting a reservation with stayLiverpool.com indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This contract shall be governed by Irish law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in Ireland. Amendments to Terms and Conditions stayLiverpool.com's Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time and without notice.
